About Teakettle Mountain Preservation Association
The mission of the Teakettle Mountain Preservation Association ("TMPA") is to preserve and protect the east side of Teakettle Mountain as a forested, residential enclave. This mission encompasses the protection of forested wildlife habitat and the further delineation and enforcement of existing private road easements, which preclude commercial development, subdivisions, and businesses or associations that generate significant vehicular traffic. This is detrimental to a quiet and safe residential road and neighborhood.
